ECUs are extremely sensitive to voltage during bootloader mode. If the truck’s battery voltage dips below 11.5V (or 22V for 24V systems), the ECU will abort to protect itself. Error code: V_FLASH_ERR . Solution: Connect a regulated 24V/30A power supply to the battery before downloading.
