If you use the V5-to-3DE connector, R33 requires or newer. The old R2022 connectors will fail to import R33 data.

Dassault has begun the slow deprecation of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) scripting. While not fully removed in R33, the installer hides the VBA component by default, pushing users toward CAA (Component Application Architecture) or native VBScript. In R33, when you transition a composite zone from 8 plies to 4 plies, the software now automatically generates the inside the tool.
