The printer model is not supported by this version of the service tool.

While still holding the Power button, press the button 5 or 6 times (depending on your specific model). The status light will alternate between green and orange. Release the Power button.

: If a fake, modified, or incorrect version of a service tool is executed on the machine first, it will trigger an irrecoverable operational state (Error 006 , 005 , or 002 ). This permanently bricks the printer's service mode, rendering software interaction impossible. The only way to salvage the machine after this happens is to physically desolder the EEPROM memory chip and reprogram it with external hardware.
