The story of the Great Flood is one of the strongest links. In the Bible, Noah builds an ark to survive a global flood. In the Quran, Nuh is a prophet who preaches monotheism for centuries before the flood comes as a punishment for the disbelievers.
The links are strongest in the storytelling. The Quran often retells Biblical narratives but streamlined for oral recitation, often focusing on the moral lesson rather than the historical chronology. If you share with third parties, their policies apply
Moses is the most frequently mentioned prophet in the Quran. His narrative—comprising his discovery in the Nile, the confrontation with Pharaoh, the plagues of Egypt, the Exodus, and the receiving of the Law—closely mirrors the Book of Exodus, though the Quran emphasizes the spiritual lessons of humility and reliance on God over nationalistic liberation.
If you were to mix the casts of the Bible and the Quran, you would find a remarkable overlap. Many figures central to the Bible are also heroes of the Quran, though often with slight variations in the spelling of their names to accommodate Arabic linguistics.
