Confluence Page Properties Report Multiple - Rows
Atlassian recently introduced (formerly Atlas, now rolling out as a native feature in premium plans). This is the true solution for multiple rows.
If you do not specify a "Page Properties ID" in the macro settings, Confluence will merge the data from all macros on that page. It will still display as one single row in your report, combining or overwriting data fields with the same name.
