Switch your router or device DNS from your default ISP settings to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Quad9 (9.9.9.9) to bypass basic regional blocks and filter out known malware domains.
“Hevc bay” might refer to a supposed site like “hevcbay[.]com” (not real at time of writing) or a forum user on , BayDownloads , or The Pirate Bay (TPB). “Down repack” might be a title for a TPB upload that got removed. Alternatively, “HiveBay” or “HEVC-HDBay” ? There is no legitimate scene group with that exact name in major release logs (e.g., predb.me, srrdb.com).

Quickly selection regions of the same colour, either contiguous or discontiguous.
You can add and subtract selections, as well as scale, stretch, and reposition them.
Keep the selection active, and all painting will be masked to the selected area.
Cut or copy the selected pixels and paste them to any app that supports pasting images.
